This policy complies with RBI and payment gateway guidelines for digital services.

1. Nature of Services

All services are:

  • Digital
  • Intangible
  • Non-returnable

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The service has not been initiated within 72 hours of payment

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Service has started
  • Deliverables are in progress
  • Client delays execution
  • Change of mind

4. Refund Processing (MANDATORY COMPLIANCE)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours
  • Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment only
  • Funds will reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on banking timelines

5. Failed Transactions (NPCI Compliance)

If:

  • Payment is deducted
  • But order/service is not generated

👉 The amount will be automatically reversed within T+1 to T+5 business days

6. Cancellation

  • Allowed only before service initiation
  • Not allowed after work has started

7. How to Request Refund
