This policy complies with RBI and payment gateway guidelines for digital services.
1. Nature of Services
All services are:
- Digital
- Intangible
- Non-returnable
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only if:
- The service has not been initiated within 72 hours of payment
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be provided if:
- Service has started
- Deliverables are in progress
- Client delays execution
- Change of mind
4. Refund Processing (MANDATORY COMPLIANCE)
- Approved refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours
- Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment only
- Funds will reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on banking timelines
5. Failed Transactions (NPCI Compliance)
If:
- Payment is deducted
- But order/service is not generated
👉 The amount will be automatically reversed within T+1 to T+5 business days
6. Cancellation
- Allowed only before service initiation
- Not allowed after work has started
